On the day
There are only a few days now until the big event, so we wanted to share the running order for the day with everyone.
In order to get everything started on time and keep the event running smoothly, we need to get attendees in and registered by 9.30am. That gives you time to get a drink and meet some of your fellow attendees, and of course to get your presentation up on the grid!
If you’ve never been to UX Camp or a barcamp before, it’s really straightforward. The organisers will be there to give you any help or advice you need, as will the other attendees. All you really need to do is get there on time, register to let us know you’re there, and then find an empty timeslot on the grid that we’ll put on the wall. Then you just attend whatever other presentations you’re interested in, making sure you get to your own of course…
Here’s the detailed timings for Saturday:
09.00 – 9.30am: Registration
09.30 – 10.00am: Intro + Add your presentations to the grid
10.00 – 12.00pm: Presentations
12.00 – 1.00pm: Lunch
1.00 – 3.00pm: Presentations
3.00 – 3.30pm: Break
3.30 – 5.30pm: Presentations
5.30 – 6.00pm: Closing + Prize giveaway
6.00 – 6.30pm: Drinks
Prizes
At the end of the day, we will be giving away cool prizes to lucky winners, thanks to our lottery sponsors, Clearleft, Rosenfeld Media and TechSmith.
Lucky you!
